During checkout, we collect Vodafone Cash transaction references for manual administrator verification.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to authenticate users, verify payments, activate course access, personalize learning progress, maintain leaderboards, issue course progress records, respond to support requests, and keep the platform secure.
3. Legal Basis and Jurisdiction
Mohamed Ruby English Platform is operated by Mohamed Ruby under the jurisdiction of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Our data practices are designed around Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are handled through Vodafone Cash (manual verification by administrator). 24-hour refund policy from enrollment approval. Payment evidence is used only to verify enrollment and resolve billing support issues.
5. Cookies and Authentication
We use authentication cookies such as auth_token to keep users signed in securely. These cookies are used for account access and platform security, not advertising.

7. Children and Minimum Age
Students must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn that an account was created below this minimum age, we may suspend or remove it.
