Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 July 2025 - Mohamed Ruby English Platform
These terms govern student accounts, course access, payment verification, refunds, and acceptable use of the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Mohamed Ruby English Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. You agree that your registration information is accurate and that you will keep your account secure.
3. Course Access
Course access is granted after enrollment approval. Access may include lessons, slides, quizzes, exam practice, progress tracking, and dashboard features provided through https://mr-mohamed-ruby.me.
4. Payments
Payments are handled through Vodafone Cash (manual verification by administrator). Students must submit accurate transaction information so the administrator can verify the payment and approve enrollment.
5. Refunds
24-hour refund policy from enrollment approval. Refund requests may be rejected if the account has already consumed a meaningful part of the course content or submitted extensive assessment activity.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not share account credentials, scrape course materials, manipulate XP or leaderboard data, submit false payment information, disrupt the platform, or copy content for commercial use.
7. Intellectual Property
Lessons, quizzes, slides, explanations, platform UI, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to Mohamed Ruby. They are provided for personal learning only.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse platform systems, submit fraudulent payment information, or compromise the learning environment for other students.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
Mohamed Ruby English Platform is operated in the Arab Republic of Egypt. These terms are governed by applicable Egyptian law, including privacy obligations under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
